1-year limited warranty

For items sold listing a 1 year limited warranty:
This warranty covers only defects in materials or workmanship. valid in the 50 Contiguous US states only. It does not cover cosmetic defects or damage resulting from improper use, installation, or abuse. Buyer is responsible for shipping back to the seller if required. If the buyer finds that the item is defective and the seller deems it to be covered under this warranty, the seller will replace the item and ship it to the buyer at no additional charge. legacy items will be replaced with their current counterpart. Warranty covers unit only, not liable for loss or damage of items used in conjunction with product.
