30-Day Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items that are marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@ADVTR3D.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive an RA number and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received by us. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and a replacement or refund will be issued upon our receipt and assessment of the returned item.

7. Return Restrictions

Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, health and personal care items, and digital downloads, are non-returnable. Additionally, items returned in a condition that does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy may not be accepted for return. Items that are not ADVTR3D items (such as 3rd party lights, brackets, etc.) and items packaged with non-ADVTR3D items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
